I don't think you have any alternative
but to call the state. Obviously this is a pattern at Riverside County Mental
Health and they won't do it because they should, nor for morality reasons.
Being out of compliance with the
complaint coupled with the Grand Jury Report may be the only leverage to get
them to act.
