It would help if I could post your letter on my website and I could get it on some of the lists. We know this happens, but the fact that you are writing about it is very empowering for readers.
I could also get a copy off to our advocate org, LA Patients Rights and Protection & Advocacy, Inc (PAI) just for awareness and validation it happens.

Your letter is VERY WELL WRITTEN and I know for a fact this stuff goes on and have seen it many times.
