has been an instructor at InCahoots-Glendale (from opening night thru closing night), InCahoots-Fullerton, and for the past twelve years at the Western Connection and Montana’s in San Dimas.

He produced the Mission Country Dance festivals during the mid-nineties where two of his Denin & Lace (the Mule Lip dance team) ex-teammates Barb Delay and Karen Crabtree coordinated the festivals. Eventually, Barb DeLay and Karen Crabtree took the remnants of the Mission festival as well as events done under the Tom Mattox franchise and built them into the Los Angeles Professional Dance Classic and the Brandin’ Iron festivals.

In real life, Paul works as an administrator for the Pomona Unified School District. He has a Ph.D. in Public Administration from USC, was a RAND Fellow, and has published extensively including Country Dance Etiquette and approximately 40 magazine articles on Country Western culture and dance.

He lives a quiet life in San Dimas where his very sweet wife Willa tries her darndest to keep him on track.
