  • Anyone that can use Microsoft windows 10 can easily operate this program.  Input data such as Spindle Speed, Seconds, Feed, Rise, Hundreds, Surface Feet and Thread Per Inch and can be manipulated for rapid output.  Pickup Wiz takes all the guesswork out of using a set of pickup cams for Brown & Sharpe Screw Machines.   And best, Pickup WIZ was designed and written by a professional Brown & Sharpe machinist with over 30 years experience.  Once you get it, you become dependent on it!  Pickup WIZ is a $ 59.95 VALUE and included FREE as extra features in AutoCAM
• Material Calc
  • This is a neat little program that will crunch out the amount of material needed to run a job.  Great for quoting tool or for ordering Material.  The program prompts the user for Data i.e. Part Length, Quantity of Parts on order, With of Cutoff, Amount of Face Off (if any) and Bar Length.  Once data is entered the user may check off '10% Extra' for job overage to cover shipment and setup parts and included FREE as extra features in AutoCAM
• MM / Inch Conversion
  • Converts Millimeter to Inch and Visa-versa.  Handy to have when reading metric prints.
